Boomerinas (Boomer Ballerinas) - This program is intended for the experienced dancer.  There is no instruction for this program.  Dancers take turns leading barre work, combinations and choreography.

Belly Dance - Develop fluidity, grace and strength in this low impact activity that targets isolated  muscle groups.  Belly Dancing is a great way to improve posture, flexibility  and balance.

Intro to Ballroom - Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Rumba  Cha Cha, Swing and more... Also referred to as Social Dancing, this is the most common form of dance, as it allows you the ease to dance with others to the sound of many popular and classical rhythms.

Intro to Salsa - Salsa is a great dance to learn if you want to move to the beat of latin rhythms.  A very popular dance that can be used in the nightclubs, whether you do it by yourself or with someone else!

Beginner Reggaeton - Reggaeton is a fusion of Hip Hop/Dance Hall movements with Latino rhythms. Reggaeton dancing is a free style that is sensual, energetic and fun. With its popularity rapidly on the rise world-wide, you won't want to miss out on this captivating craze! This class will emphasize body isolations focusing on core strength & movement, and will teach you a combination of hot and energetic routines that will give you a great workout - and make you more confident on the dance floor.

Intermediate Reggaeton - For students who have taken Emilie's Beginner Reggaeton class or have taken Hip Hop, Latin and/or Dancehall classes. This class will teach you a combination of hot moves and an energetic routine full of fresh, street smart choreography, dancing to the hottest music. Get ready for an energetic & challenging class!

Beg. & Int. Pole Dancing (Vertical stationary bar workout) - Fitness Pole dancing is a great workout that targets abdominals, shoulders, arms and back for strong, lean muscles.  Pole work can be demanding and requires strong core muscles. It is also fun, challenging and sensual.  Classes progress from learning the basics to more complex moves, floor work, chair dance and pole choreographies, along with exotic steps and spins to help you move sensually around the pole. The class will provide options to suit beginners as well as intermediates so everyone feels comfortable yet challenged.  Due to equipment limitation, maximum weight limit for pole classes participants is 200 lb.
